DC's "Top Opp" Balla Links Up with 1017's BigScarr

Balla's famous tag 'You know im alert" is becoming one he lives by in and out of the streets. The Simple City rapper has been aligning himself with some of the greatest talent in music through collaborations. Balla brought 1017's BigScarr to the city to shoot the visual for their new single "Rock n Roll". The track was produced by 3D Beatz, also from the District, who seems to be a primary engineer for Balla. The rapper also paired with BreadGang's Big30 for the single "Top Opp". Earlier this month the Major Life artist was seen in Instagram photos with Moneybagg Yo, Snoop Dogg, Coi Leray, Asian Doll and more celebs. Only a few months ago Balla joined MajorLife Music and we've seen him even more since. However, his professional rap career dates back to two plus years ago. His 2019 single "In and Out" featuring DaBaby initially put him on a lot of our radars, but this year certainly seems to be his most successful in music. Watch the "Rock n Roll" video here.
