When you think about party songs, Juvenile's “Back That Azz Up” is often top five on the playlist.

The rapper is set to be hosting the 25th anniversary of his debut album 400 Degreez and the single “Back That Azz Up” in Washington, DC at the Howard Theatre.

400 Degreez is still standing as one of Cash Money Records’ and New Orleans rap’s highest selling projects of all time.
A staple in both DC and Black culture, "Back That Azz Up" is a must-play at any event. Within seconds of crowds recognizing the record scratching behind the low piano keys men are rapping, women are dancing. Its explicit nature doesn't even turn away the ears of youth or the elderly as the radio edit serves the same reaction, from your youngest sibling to your grandma.
The impact reaching even as far as Greek letter college organizations adopting the track for group performances. “Back That Azz Up” inspired tons of other songs that have sample it like “Pull Over” by Trina, “Drop It Like Its Hot” by Lil Wayne, “Practice” by Drake, “Gyalis” by Capella Grey and more. Even the 52 million views on the music video does no justice for the timelessness of the record. Sources say an NPR Tiny Desk performance is in the works in celebration for the classic as well.
