Northeast's MoneyMan Biggs got in the studio with Goonew and Sparkheem for their new single "Smoke In The Air". "We recorded together and with Sparkheem. We was getting sad that whole night." the rapper told the outlet. Sparkheem collaborated with King LeeBoy to produce the dark trap beat.
Though this is the pair of friends' first video together, the two have made plenty of music together. The sad music rapper says the pair connected prior to music back in 2016 and became good friends in 2019. Like many new artists, MoneyMan Biggs didn't see the numbers he anticipated from his first project "Test The Water" in 2020 and vowed to go harder this year. Indeed, he has perfected his sound further and built a following of some 8,000 people.
Biggs has also made music with Lil Dude, Moochie Sosa, Keezah, Lil E and more. He tells the outlet that he isn't on the wave of the "DMV sound" and hasn't heard his sound mimicked yet. However, he does mention his sound being similar to his late brother and respected artist Baby Ahk. The Smoke In The Air rapper classifies his sound a mix of trap and emo rap. His musical influences are Chief Keef and Lil Baby, as the lives and music of the two resonates with his own.
Between the three projects he's dropped this year, it makes around 50 single releases for the rapper this year. There may potentially be another release from MoneyMan Biggs before the year is out, but has not been confirmed. In the mean time, check out his video for "Smoke In The Air" below.
