Xenny Dreamr's Advice Is to Always Dream Big

Xenny Dreamr is a true example of how far hard work and persistence can take you in the music industry. One of the first signs of Xenny’s steps already being ordered was her opportunity to open up for Larry June and Smokepurpp at the Fillmore. Another being her trying, yet successful transition from Maryland to Los Angeles.

Born and raised in Maryland, also living there 90% of her life, it would be hard to believe the DMV has not contributed to her sound. However, her draw to the West Coast as an adolescent only heightened as she settled into young adulthood. Prompting both relocation and redirection for her sound. “Something about the California life I just gravitated to.” the artist says. Much like Los Angeles’ nature, Xenny says the overall message of the majority of her music is just to dream big.

Brandy and JayZ being a few staples from Xenny’s earliest recollection of music, speaks to the balance of both genres she masters in her sound. Yet, her actual influences include artists like Wiz Khalifa and Larry June. The dreamer pinpoints her sound as chill and vibey cruising music. Her latest single “Feeling Myself” produced by Manic One, is exactly that. Giving us laid back yet vibe out feels with her smooth lyricism and dope visual.
